The small seconds, the display for the impressive 70 hour power reserve and Glashütte Original’s signature Panorama Date enhance the pleasure owners find in these superb timepieces.
Following the successful launch last autumn it is time now to present the new developed “GO Calibre 37” Android application, which offers exciting insight into the technically ambitious movement. After downloading the app, the viewer will find a number of vivid animations, engaging images, 360-degree panoramas and unusual views of the movement.
Lively rotor elements invite the user to select one of five main section headings. The chosen heading is then activated in the centre. The first section, “Premiere”, is centred on the movement’s brilliant debut in Senator Chronograph Panorama Date. Under “Calibre 37” the new manufactory movement is presented in detail with regard to the chronograph functions, bidirectional automatic winding, power reserve performance from a single spring barrel, precise fine adjustment as well as the aesthetically pleasing date on one level.
Elegance in red gold or exclusivity in platinum? This difficult question presents itself when one views the two “Senator” models. And connoisseurs of design from the ‘70s will be faced with a difficult choice in the “Seventies” section among dial versions in galvanised ruthenium, silver and blue.
